Intersectional Regenerativity, the e-course

Leadership that restores systems — and includes everyone

A 4-week online course for people in leadership and change roles
who want to make decisions that are both regenerative and inclusive.

You care deeply about impact — but you’re tired of surface-level change.

You see it every day: sustainability projects that ignore justice,
diversity programs that forget the planet,
policies that speak of purpose but act on profit.

You know the system must evolve, yet inside your organisation it often feels fragmented, rushed, or performative.
You want to move beyond these silos, to work in ways that truly restore, not just “do less harm”.
You want a framework that honours complexity without adding overwhelm.

That is what Intersectional Regenerativity offers.

What this course is about

This course brings together two essential lenses:

  • Intersectionality: understanding how identity, power and privilege shape systems.
  • Regenerative Practice: creating the conditions for people, communities and nature to thrive again.

Together, they form a leadership approach that is holistic, justice-based, and deeply practical.

You will learn to identify the invisible patterns of power in your context,
spot extractive dynamics that block real change,
and design interventions that restore — socially, ecologically, and organisationally.

What you will learn

Module 1 – Power, Identity and Systems
Understand how structures of privilege and exclusion operate within organisations.
Map the dynamics that influence your work and leadership.

Module 2 – Regeneration in Context
Move from “doing less harm” to “creating conditions for renewal.”
Explore examples of regenerative organisations and projects.

Module 3 – The Intersection
Bring inclusion and regeneration together in real-world practice.
Design a decision or project framework for your own context.

Module 4 – Integration and Leadership
Anchor this new lens in your daily work.
Create a 30-day action plan that fits your reality — not an idealised one.

After this course, you will be able to

  • Make decisions that are both socially just and ecologically restorative.
  • See systemic patterns clearly and act with confidence and compassion.
  • Lead with a language and framework that others can follow.
  • Reduce overwhelm by aligning your work with your deepest values.

Why this matters now

We are living through overlapping crises of climate, equity and belonging.
